Holiday Compassion 2019

Making spirits bright and remembering those in need at the Holidays.

The holidays are right around the corner and we are gearing up to make an impact in our community and beyond this season. Regardless of your interests, gifts, talents or time, there is a place for YOU to make a difference for the lost and hurting this year!

Open Closet Christmas

Open Closet Christmas is coming! We will be announcing the launch of Open Closet Christmas 2019 this weekend. Open Closet is a ministry of Bayside Santa Rosa that monthly provides free food to more than 400 families. In December that number greatly increases with the inclusion of Christmas gifts for kids from 1 to 12 years old. You can jump in and help us make Open Closet Christmas happen this year. Stop by the Open Closet Christmas table in the atrium starting Sunday, November 17th to see how you can help!

Salvation Army Bell Ringer

The Salvation Army Red Kettle Bell Ringing Program is a tradition which provides you the opportunity to meet the public and support The Salvation Army in a unique way. We need individual volunteers, but also consider bringing your family, your co-workers, friends from school, or members of your church. Man the kettle, ring the familiar bell, and wish shoppers a joyous holiday season.

The Red Kettle Campaign is one of the primary fundraising efforts of The Salvation Army. By volunteering to be a Bell-Ringer you are helping to raise the much needed funds to support The Salvation Army services and programs throughout the year. To sign up, click HERE

They need volunteers to help sort, tag and bag toys for less fortunate in our community. For more information, click HERE
